ABOUT SWIMMING PROGRAMS

We suggest you reserve your program at least five days in advance so we can guarantee your space. Nevertheless, you can reserve the same day that you’ll be assisting or in our ticket centers. Learn more about our anticipated reserve promotions clicking here.

  • The minimum height required to participate in swim programs is 1.22 m. completed six years of age.
  •  Children with height less than 1.22 m. wishing to participate in the “Dolphin Interactive Program” must be accompanied by an adult. Participants must be over 3 years old.
  • The minimum age required to participate in the Trainer For a Day (TFD) Program is 12.
  • If you have heart issues, back pain or are pregnant, we recommend you not to participate in the swimming with dolphins programs.
  • For the safety of the swimmers and the dolphins, electronic appliances and any other personal objects such as jewelry, glasses and hats are not allowed in the swimming areas.
  • It is prohibited to use sunblock or sunscreen in the swimming areas.
  •  Companions are not allowed to go into the swimming areas, they can enjoy all the action from our observation areas.
  • For your own safety, the use of a life jacket vest (free of charge) is mandatory during any swimming with dolphins’ program
  • Our Dolphinariums have transportation and accessible areas for people in wheelchairs. We appreciate the anticipated notification about this requirement.
  •  It is recommended to take an extra set of clothes.
  • Yes, you can pay with American Express, Visa and MasterCard credit cards.

  • Dolphinaris facilities have rest areas, restaurants, snack bars, bathrooms, dressing rooms, gift shops, photo and video stores with shots from the swimming experiences, and towel and locker rentals so you can have an even more memorable experience.

  • Our dolphinariums have beautiful lagoons, inlets and safety stations for any swimmer. We also have artificial beaches with shallow waters that allows an easy access for any person, even if they don’t know how to swim.

     
  • Dolphinaris have a locker rental service where you can leave your personal belongings safely.
  • The water is between 3.5 and 4 m deep. The stations have an average depth similar to an adult person height to the waist.

ABOUT CANCELLATION POLICY

At Dolphinaris, we want you to live the experience of swimming with dolphins, that’s why, in case you need to cancel your reservation, we ask you to let us know with five days in advance, so we can reschedule your program. Your ticket is valid for a year after purchase.
