CANCELLATION DUE TO NO-SHOW

If the Consumer does not show up on the reserved date and time for the service, it will be considered canceled, without any liability for ACUARIO ARRECIFAL, S.A. DE C.V. This cancellation shall not entitle the Consumer to a refund of the amount paid for the service, nor will ACUARIO ARRECIFAL, S.A. DE C.V. be obligated to provide a refund.

SERVICE RESERVATION MODIFICATION

If the Consumer wishes to modify the reservation date and time, they must request the change at least 24 (twenty-four) hours before the original reservation date and time. To do so, the Consumer must contact the phone number +52 998 881 3033 and/or send an email to [email protected], including the reservation number, the email used for the purchase, and the new requested date and time for the service. The new reservation date must not exceed 6 (six) calendar months from the date of the change request.

REFUND OF SERVICE COST

If the Consumer requests a refund for the reserved service, they must do so at least 24 (twenty-four) hours before the original reservation date and time. To request the refund, the Consumer must contact the phone number +52 998 881 3033 and/or send an email to [email protected], including the reservation number, the email used for the purchase, the interbank CLABE account number for fund transfers, or the credit or debit card details (issuing bank and cardholder name). The refund will be processed in the name of the reservation holder. Additionally, the Consumer must attach the first page of the account statement.

All refunds will incur a 5% (five percent) charge on the total purchase amount for banking fees and administrative costs.

REFUND OF SERVICE COST DUE TO REASONS ATTRIBUTABLE TO ACUARIO ARRECIFAL, S.A. DE C.V.

If ACUARIO ARRECIFAL, S.A. DE C.V. is unable to provide the service due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances—including but not limited to economic, health, climate, or administrative contingencies, or any other unforeseen situation that significantly impacts the operation of the business—ACUARIO ARRECIFAL, S.A. DE C.V. will issue the corresponding refund without administrative charges.

To request the refund, the Consumer must send an email to [email protected], including the reservation number, the email used for the purchase, the interbank CLABE account number for fund transfers, or the credit or debit card details (issuing bank and cardholder name). The refund will be processed in the name of the reservation holder. Additionally, the Consumer must attach the first page of the account statement.
